Vegan MOFO Day 14: Indian Rice

Haven't made Indian food in a long time. But I have been craving it for a while. Really wish I would have had time to make Roti too but it was kinda late and I was being lazy...  :) and trying to catch up on blog entries... I have listed the recipe before so I am just going to leave you with a yummy picture (Not brought to you by my new Nikon because it hasn't come yet..errr).
