Sorry about the grease on the lens. This is my first try at cooking cauliflower. After a couple tries it turned out pretty good. I tried beer batter first and then decided just to go with regular batter and some stuffing bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese. I am going to work on another recipe for it though. A vegan recipe. I will post it later. That was all the cauliflower I had. So no trying tonight.
