Tofurky Philly Steak Sammi w/ Caramelized onions

I tried the Tofurky Philly Steak Slices and although they really don't taste like real Philly steak they have a pretty good flavor. I sliced them up thinly and caramelized some onions with them. Then toasted the burger buns in the same pan to pick up the onion flavor.

The sammis turned out really good. But I wish I would have cooked some green peppers too.
