These turned really well. I used the Veggie Stew Recipe as published before. I used a few miner changes though. Made pie crusts from GOV. The crust were so Flaky & Good... Yum. I only put crust on the top. Next time I will on bottom too. "J" really enjoyed them and I did to.
When you go to the store veggie pot pies are around 3.00 to 4.00 dollars a piece. This batch I made made around 8 Little pot pies and I had 4 to 5 cups left over. All together it only cost around 9.00 to make them all. Thats if you didn't already have the ingredients. Flour, Broth, Margarine, etc... Hopefully I next post will be something new like calzones or soft pretzels.
